This Policy applies to AdPage.io, a trade name of AdPage BV (KVK: 75440482), whose registered address is: Velmolenweg 54 A 5404 LD, Uden The Netherlands. In this Policy, AdPage.io may be referred to as "we", "us" or "our". This Policy also applies to the processing of personal data by third parties with whom you do business. 

The General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") requires us to inform our website visitors and subscribers to our services ("User(s)," "you" or "your") of our privacy policy. Our internal security systems, protocols and procedures comply with industry standards for security measures. This policy governs the privacy of our Users, who visit our website and subscribe to our services. You will read the relevant sections of privacy and data protection in this document. In addition, we explain how we process, store and protect your personal data.

If you are a resident of the United States or California, this document details the personal information we collect about you as a consumer. The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") applies.

We actively protect your privacy rights and take all necessary steps to protect your information. Our website fully complies with all applicable European, Dutch and California data processing laws and regulations. We may notify you of any changes in applicable laws. However, you acknowledge and agree to inform yourself and check this page from time to time for any changes.

When Users contact us, we collect certain information. Similarly, through our website or when Users create an account. Your personal data is kept private and processed entirely in a secure manner and in accordance with a reasonable retention period. We guarantee a safe and secure form of data transfer. However, each User remains responsible for providing his/her data to us. You do so at your own discretion and risk.

When you contact us through the AdPage.io website, social media channels or otherwise, we retain your data based on legitimate business interests. Your data will be retained for as long as required by law.

In addition to the purposes listed in this document, your personal information may be used for other reasons that are always appropriate to our business activities. As a result, the list below is by no means exhaustive and your personal information may also be used in other ways as long as we have obtained your express consent or in the case of a legal obligation. The purposes for using your personal information is to:

  • Give the services to you which you have requested;

5. Children and privacy

If you are the parent or guardian of a child who is under the age of thirteen (13) and you notice that your child is using our services and gives us personal data without your permission, please contact us at immediately at: privacy@AdPage.io. We never collect or process any personal data from children under the age of thirteen (13). After a request for removal from a parent or guardian, we will erase all (personal) information regarding children from our systems. When you are under the age of sixteen (16), we may also seek to obtain the consent of your parent or guardian, depending on which country you reside in.

6. Data Processors

AdPage.io makes use of third parties to operate our services and conduct our business. These parties have no or limited access to your data. Each Data Processor may make use of their own respective Data Processors. They shall – at all times – have the legal obligation to offer the same level of privacy as we do. We will never take any responsibility or be liable for data leaks or breaches made by the Data Processors listed above, or their sub-processors.  

In case your personal information is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the country it is transferred to must have the same level of privacy and data protection laws and regulations as laid down in the GDPR and CCPA.  

7. Users’ Rights

Under the GDPR, you are considered a Data Subject with certain fundamental rights as listed hereunder:  

  1. Access 

You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal data we have stored and on your request, we will provide information about how we collect and process your data.

  1. Rectification

If your data is incomplete or incorrect, you can correct it yourself by logging in or by contacting us at privacy@AdPage.io.

  1. Erasure 

When you believe don’t have a good reason anymore to collect and process your personal data for a longer period of time, each User can request the full erasure of the personal data. We will immediately award such a request, unless there is a legal obligation to keep your personal data for a longer period of time.

  1. Transfer

On your request, we shall always give you a copy of your data in a machine-readable format, or transfer it directly to a new Controller.

  1. Objection

You may always request us to discontinue the collecting and processing of your personal data in a particular way. Besides, you can always object the processing of your data when we do so based on your consent. Please contact us.  

  1. Complaints

We would like to resolve any complaint you have directly with you. Please contact us at privacy@adpage.io. In any event, you also have the right to complain to your national Data Protection Authority.  

We may send you specific offers related to our business unless you have opted out from receiving them. We always provide Users the option to cancel receiving such offers. However, you cannot opt-out from communications that are necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations with you. Those messages may also be sent to you directly through social media when you contacted us via the given social media channel.

Our website may have links to third-party websites and/or service providers. We do verify all the contents of those websites. However, we cannot fully guarantee the accuracy and quality of such websites. Users should be advised before they click external links on our website, and may do so at their own risk. AdPage.io is never responsible or liable for any damages or losses as a result of visiting any external links on our website.

9. Amendments 

We may change our Privacy and Cookie Policy from time to time in order to comply with new privacy laws and regulations. Each User is solely responsible for checking this page regularly to see if there are any changes in our privacy and data protection laws.

We make use of cookies to improve the experience of our website visitors. Each User may allow or disallow the use of cookies on their computer, which complies with legislation to obtain explicit permission first before placing cookies.  

Cookies are small files saved to your hard drive and cookies track, save and store information about the usage of the website. It allows us to offer a personalized experience. 12. Retention and deletion of data

Upon receiving such a request, we will take reasonable steps to erase your personal data, unless legally required to retain it.

13. Google User Data Access

‍Our application may access certain Google user data, such as name, email address, and profile information, solely for the purposes of providing and improving our services. We use this data to authenticate users, personalize their experience, and enable specific functionalities within our application. We do not share this information with third parties, and it is handled in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies. You can revoke data access at any time through your Google account settings.
