AdPage is a young company that focuses mainly on conversion optimization. With our various software solutions, we ensure that business owners and marketing agencies can achieve the best possible results.
Together with your colleagues, you will make sure on a daily basis that our partners and customers are helped in the best possible way. You are responsible for incoming questions that come in via phone, live support chat, e-mail or our project management system. You will not shrink from answering these questions yourself as quickly as possible and finding a solution quickly.
Can't figure it out on your own? No problem. Your colleagues will help you further so that together we can help the customer with a good feeling on the way.
In addition, you are partly responsible for the expansion of our online academy. Think about writing and optimizing helpdesk articles, making clear tutorial videos and improving the onboarding of customers.
